Any suggestions on any other better computer phone service? I don't think im going to re-up this one and just looking around to see if there is any thing more reliable and clearer.

I don't have any of my contacts now. I had them initially, but they disappeared yesterday.

More on lost contacts here:
http://www.phoneservicesupport.com/cont ... t9516.html

I don't think there is anything out there as cheap as mj. Most VoIP companies charge around $20 per month for the same unlimited service. So you get what you pay for! Poor service, poor features, lots of bugs and call anybody you want in Canada & US for $20 a year!!

PROS: Cheap calls
CONS: Everything else

Here is another alternative: Call Centric. Although not as cheap, they have EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend them:

I have lost my contacts list and could not get it back via MJ fix. Says cant find the file. I retyped the list in again but the file to save it is not there. Also the icons on the 2 drives are not there anymore and when I try to look into them it asks to put a disk in the drive!
Also cannot find the upgrade. Help... The rest of the system works fine tho.

Have you not looked at all the other threads around here with the same problem? Look at their titles and click on them. You'll get all the explanations you need.
