When I dial 613 Ottawa mobile number (taken from Virgin) from my USA Magic jack it does not get through. I am able to get all landlines in Ottawa and mobiles in Toronto.
Only Ottawa mobile is an issue. I have asked my son to check with the telecom provider. Can any one help out or has had a similar experience
