This is outrageous!
This evening I no longer have my calls and contacts list. I suspect both have been deleted?! If this is the case, then it's time to move on from MagicJack. My list contains important numbers. Also, since there is no way I can download the list, it becomes even more important that MagicJack not delete my important information. How messed up that a company would screw around with customers important personal information.

Well, after the upgrade, it did erase my contacts,
and it even bugged down my contacts and call tabs, it only shows the circulating arrows on both tabs, I tried going through the online representative, and after a few minutes of upgrading again, it did not change a thing, but when I was passed to the so-called Top 10% customer service reps as voted by users, then it was a different story altogether, it took him a few simple questions, and after telling me to sign off, and then sign on again via the menu button, it worked,..! Great Job MJ... All my contacts are back,...
