Still getting busy signals for incoming calls.

Post by freestylegreek »

K so 20 times with texting magicjack tech support and really no help at all and only 1 time they transfered me to a higher level tech and i was chatting with him and i gave him my info and he of course told me he would speak to the engineers and they would look into it.

A couple of things I told him was this problem was on their end not mine cause other people are having issues and this issue started for other people in July and now with the new upgrade this issue is happening. Of course they totally didnt even read or even care to reply to my statement which they usually dont bother replying to. I then told them that they should fix this problem cause its on their end.

Anyways just was curious to know if anyone has gotten through to them and they know what the problem is? I sure think its cause of the new update or a mess up with the server but they dont seem to care to answer that.

Let me know cause its frustrating when you want to have people call you and they cant cause its always giving a fast busy signal.

Would the "fast busy" on incoming calls be the same problem as the rural exchanges that have been blocked? Is magicjack now blocking numbers THEY gave out? Now that would be too...

My area code is 647 and i got my number in March and was going fine till now in August and sometimes it rings and other times it gives a fast busy signal.

Its very sad when a tech support agent wont even answer your question and just goes around it.
