I've suddenly started getting dropped incoming calls at the 30 second mark and have the message "Pending ACK" until that point. Outgoing calls work fine. I'm running the MJ on my Intel Mac 10.6.4 through a Linksys WRT54GS router. I tried the MJ on a PC, also running through the same router, and get the same results. Both computers are wired to the router.
I've chatted with MJ tech support several times but can't seem to get anywhere with them. Both systems and the MJ have the most current updates.
Any suggestions?
