Error 401 for last few days

Help when i connected MJ "Please restart your magicJack and try again [error 401]" this msg appeared. i contract with mj tech team even they cant solve my problem. But some time i can make call. Its rear "Ready to Call" msg.

Try to fix windows registry with RegCure/Registry Mechanic software. It works for me 100%.
