Hi everyone. I have 3 magicjacks under one account. One for me, one for my girlfriend and one for my parents. My girlfriend's expired today so I went to mymagicjack to renew it but can't.
When I log in and pick that number and click on Renewal Details the next screen asks whether to do 1 year or 5 years. If I click on either one, it only gives me the option to renew mine or my parent's magicjack. Can't figure out any other way to do it. I don't have autorenewal disabled, and I entered my credit card info just to be sure it will work if it tries to autorenew. Still nothing. Not sure what else I can do.
Having trouble renewing supscription

MJ support confused?????????????? Get out....................tsmith wrote:It sounds like you'll need to contact MJ support to have them straighten it out for you. I'd just tell them about your girlfriend's renewal problem only. If you give them more than one number to look into, they might get confused.

Others have had this problem since the last update. I think it went away on its own, best to search and check...
