I am using MSC15 successfully. It works without the irritating Dial Screen showing.
The only problem that when it is active my telephone dial tone remains on until the entire phone number is dialed.
Any suggestions?

The alternative would be to run magicJack normally and use the free Magicsilence Plugin at http://tools.pcphonesoft.com .
Magicsilence will keep the dialer from automatically popping up and it will stop dialtone after you enter the first digit as expected. It will also allow you to use other 3rd party software addons and plugins.

I found the following tool called AutoSizer ... it works with any window you have, not just magicJack, and it will even minimize the annoying splash screen that appears when you first start up mj.
