Most of you seen my post on NetTalk Duo making a very very bad mistake and Multi charging my Credit Card. No problem like i said everything is fixed. But to save ANYONE EVER a headache here is INFO you will NEVER get from NetTalk in Ohio or CA!. You know why?. NetTalk in Ohio and CA are NOT NetTalk Employees!. There JUST piss ant McDonald paid salesman for the company BECAUSE there growth of there company is expanding SO FAST they had to out source there inventory to call centers that have nothing to do with the company!. NOW if you have a problem with a company the best way to get results is through the CEO Corperate Office!. The NetTalk sales team in Ohio and CA didn't know where the corp office is or phone number!...Which was BS. IF you ever have any type of problem or dispute with NetTalk DO NOT bother with these $5.00 a hr hired sales companys NetTalk hires because you will get no where. Well im even glade to say if you know what i paid for the NT Duo i don't even need a 50% coupon because it's a joke what they gave it to me for because the coperate company see's ALL transactions. I was going to have to pay the $44.92 but now that amount is'nt even close to what i f got it for!. If you ever have a problem and you think your getting the run around and you don't get 100% satisfaction from the REAL CORP OFFICE i'll buy you one for free. Below is the REAL corperate office of NT Duo and they will make things right not in days and not in hours. In Mins. And there personal info to reach is below as the NT Team does'nt even know it they claim but here it is and enjoy if you ever have a gripe or are unhappy with something they make it happen!
BTW: The REAL NetTalk Corp Office happens to be in Florida

Since I don't visit the Duo boards, an occasional update here isn't all bad. I like my MJ and after almost 2 years and no problems I'll stick with it. But, to the computer illiterate looking for VoIP solutions I mention nettalk along with MJ so it is nice to have the bit of knowledge from this forum to pass on.
Im happy very happy with my MJ but im not to happy the way MJ treats there customers. I really did'nt review the operation of the NT yet but i also love the Ooma the quality is there. But if you visted this site which is MJ related or NT or Ooma's forums you will see that some ppl don't like MJ or NT or Ooma. We as humans can't all be the same. Only MJ problem i have with MJ is IF you don't do your home work it may not work well and the support sucks and i can go on but i like MJ. The Ooma well i asked a few questions to someone to say went to Best buy and have nothing to lose for a 30 day trial. I don't need the trial because it proved itself to me on the 1st day. NT Duo for the price i can't lose at all. I firgure if " Nobody beats the Whiz! " can have all 3 well so can i, Just kidding Whiz. But as i thought if someone wanted to start a conversation about lets say horses it would be ok under " The Lounge ". Im happy with my MJ but not to happy with that comany and im sure not interested in MagicTalk at all and would not even consider it but then again like they say different strokes for different folks. Hey Whiz! do you own the Ooma HD handset. Another CON to Ooma there is no free 411 until i found that if i dialed 800-373-3411 or 888-373-3411 then i get free 411 so happy camper
I agree to a point... Learning about new tech is always good, BUT when that one guy on here kept pushing NT down everyones throat and saying we all need to burn our MJ's?? That goes a TAD overboard on the NT bandwagon, n'est-ce pas?

That person your talking about also cries about some things about the device too because i visit the NT fourms. He comes here to promote the device which is'nt going to do him any good because each person will spend there money on what they want no matter what any one says. On the other hand with a 30 day trial ppl may listen and try it out and see for themselves. But he is Anti MJ which in that case don't come here and stay at the NT forum. But pushing for a customer of MJ to dump it and go to another VOIP device should be made my a MJ owner if he so chooses, Burning the device and all that crap is just hog wash.

This is a very useful forum. But it's getting close to the point where it's lost it's utility. With the same questions being asked over and over and other "crap", my delete finger is getting itchy.

Yep.. Even I have gotten tired of telling people to search. Sure sometimes I still do but many times now I go, "I give up" and ignore it..

lol this whole forum is unmoderated...unless you mention something about tools that only select few have
I agree this place is jumping ship for nettalk guess I should buy one too see what can be done with it.
