Cant call a long-dist # using MJ phone, but can with my cell

I am trying to make a long-distance, out of state call to a business phone number using my Magic Jack phone, but every-time I call this particular phone number I get the message about "The number you are trying to reach is either disconnected or no longer in service". I hear this message after the phone rings a few times.

HOWEVER, If I call the same number using my cell phone (not connected to Magic Jack) I can make the call without any phone company carrier message like the one mentioned above.

I can make other long-distance out of state calls and not have the same problem. But I notice the problem with this particular business phone number only at this time.

Does anyone know what is the problem cause for this and what is the solution?
