"Call cannot be completed as dialed" when calling

Post by drgcrosby »

Ymax protocol being rejected by some ATT/Qwest local exchanges. When calling from MJ these calls return a "call cannot be completed as dialed" message.

Ultimately, magic Jack has the obligation to fix the problem as the call originates from their equipment/service. Qwest won't help you with it as you are not their customer, and you are not paying them. They would just refer you to call MagicJack. MagicJack is the one you are paying and not quest so technically it should be MagicJack's responsibility to fix by default as they provide the service you buy from them.

They even have a service flash on this over here in AT&T land. The tier 1 ISP reps can't really help much with a magicjack problem as they don't support the device much less provide it. They are just going to ask if you can do everything else instead of magicjack and advise to call magicjack as it is their problem to fix.

Most of the posters would agree this is a magicjack problem and they need to be addressing/fixing it.

Is MJ Fixing this???

Go online and ask MJ and let us know what excuse they give you ...
