I can not make international calls

I posted this in another location, but I think it should have been posted here.
I currently have a good balance on my MJ in order to make international calls. I've call London with my MJ several times in the past. Now it will not go through. I get a very fast busy signal and it disconnects.

I can use my AT&T land line phone and it works just fine.

Any suggestions?

Contact MJ customer "service".
BTW, I do not use MJ for international calls, not even while using MJ.
