Cannot receive calls

Post by Cooperguy »

I've had the mj for 5 days, 2 days spent trying to get rid of 404 error worked fine all day Saturday. Sunday comes and I can make calls with no problem, but incoming calls will not ring -- if you call my number it just rings, does not go to voice mail. I've removed any call forwarding, have tried all the tips and tricks. USB is in a rear connection and is not in power saving mode. I'm on a wireless network. Magic Jack loads fine. Any suggestions to try?

Can you try your MJ on another PC to see if it follows your MJ??
Also can you try it wired on your network and bypass your wireless router and go direct..
I assume you have made MJ a trusted app in your firewall and AV??

Did you try that POWERED usb hub yet I mentioned to you on another MJ forum?

Only have the one PC -- I have shut down the network, same result -- it is a trusted app.
Have not bought the powered hub yet, but it's funny I can make calls fine.
