MJ runing on FIOS nolonger accepts inbound calls

Phone rings I pick it up but caller continue to ring through to voicemail while I hear dead air. Only been happening for a week now. OUtbound calls are fine.

Any thoughts?

Have you tried answering with the softphone to see if it works properly? If it does then I would try a different phone plugged into the magicJack to see if that works.
