I have had MJ for over 1 year..
It has been on same computer / Same Windows 7 32 bit.
past few weeks.. Can't answer incoming calls.
When I get to the computer MJ is up and has accept / ignore icon up.
I have removed MJ software.. Reloaded and rebooted several times..
Works for while then out again..
Any Ideas??
Thanks

I know you said you have been using MJ for a year BUT are you using the short extension cable which came with the MJ?? If yes, stop using it and be sure to plug in your MJ to a REAR USB port as it makes a difference. I have seen that cable work for a year or more then crap out. If all else fails it is possible your USB ports are not giving the MJ as much power as they used to and you need to try a POWERED usb hub.
Any chance you have recently installed any new software ( firewall, AV, etc...?)

I hope it fixes your problem, plus don't forget to use a REAR usb port as well..

I removed the Dongle..
I have cleaned up the computer..have no other programs running other than Magic Jack - MagicSilence and MagicFeature plugins..

The computer is used for nothing but magic jack....

I come in and see Magic Jack screen with the answer incoming splash ( accept / ignore ) and system shows magicjack NOT RESPONDING !!!
I have removed Dongle, Unplugged - removed all traces of MJ ..
turned off - Plugged Directly into USP and rebooted...

What next ???????????

Have you tried your MJ on another PC? if the problem follows your MJ dongle then the problem is within the MJ, if it works fine on another PC then the problem lies in your PC. SOMETHING there is interfering with it. Could be software or hardware. It will take some trouble shooting on your part to determine what.
You may also want to try a POWERED usb hub.
