no one can hear me when I phone out

When I call on the magicjack, no one can hear anything. It has worked for 6 months and this just started. 2 separate phones do it and 2 different computers.

Does it work from the softphone on the screen (going into Menu and selecting headset instead of telephone)? Also have you tried adjusting the volume slider on the softphone - make sure that the microphone is not too low or muted? Also make sure that somehow your sound drivers didn't change or get messed up.

Sometimes all that is required is to restart your computer and modem. I just had this problem, and all it took was a restart.
