I bought a new magicjak a person from another country heard my number and then took command magicjacului, who sees the sun, as I speak, sees everything. I magicjakul blocks, it closes when I wants. I did have my number changed and learned. I really voocal left a message that I can do what I want as he sees it. How is this possible? He lives in another country, has no access to my computer. Please help me! I think that has access to company database magicjak

Since one can assume English is not your native language ( if it is? GOD help our public school system) one can also assume you have either a trojan, virus or a keylogger on your PC which shows someone, YES even in another country, everything you do on your PC.
Best to clean your PC ( LOTS of programs online, or you can buy to do that) or in worse case, reformat and start all over..

Thats why I assumed it was not your native language. So like I said there is a good chance you have a trojan, a virus, or even worse a keylogger on your PC. This allows others to see exactly what you are doing.
Do a Google search for Malwarebytes, and other FREE anti virus and anti spyware programs. Choose one ( one AV and one anti spyware), install and run. Hopefully it will find something. IF it is real bad the best thing to do is format your hard drive and reinstall all your aplications.

Without trying to sound like a smart-ass or more stupid than usual, even with a virus/trojan installed, would be possible for someone to actually use the MJ remotely?

I can see being able to mess with it and dial numbers, but wouldn't the hacker still need the actual device or a headset plugged into his computer to make a usable call?

Not that I have an interest in TOTALLY free calls, but I was curious about the mechanics of it. Or I may have lost something in the "translation" along the way (okay, maybe a little smart assey).

Well it isnt exactly easy to understand what the OP was complaining about. I think he was saying this other person a sun God

was closing and blocking his softphone ( among other things). IF that is the case one can assume this other guy has remote access to the OP computer. He can open and close thinngs at will. One can even assume once he opens the MJ dialer he can even dial out.
Again I am only making an assumption since as he said English is not his native tongue.

I am sure YOU speak and write English better than I can do with your language..
I am glad I was able to help you. Be careful what web pages you visit and what files you download. This way you won't have the same problems again.. NEVER just open an attachment which comes in an email from someone you do not know ( sometimes you may even know them) as they can all be potential viruses.

come with the proviso that he called and left me a voice message when he sees open MJ, call numbers and see what I talk. If I change my number and see it. I was scared that if he sees everything, can see the data on the card pay phone number change. This unit was bought by my friend in canada, i got junk. All a person in Canada uses my MJ. Even I wondered how it can be used if mj is not mine. I hope you understand my desperation to see how changing your telephone number without you doing anything. I think it's a haker

That's what it sounds like. But I was curious about the final step of the guy messing with him. Would the guy be able to get MJ to recognize a headset hooked up to another computer? I'm assuming it must be possible, otherwise why mess the guy.

That may be the ultimate MJ fix, we can't get it working good on our own computers, but remotely using a headset works perfect.

MagicJack does keep the numbers you have called and your contact list on their website under your account. If they have your email and password they have access to all your MJ data courtesy of MJ.

I hope you understand my English. I will write again to my problem a whole, not to get hurt and someone else something. My friend in Canada I bought this device so we can communicate MJ. One day I was called by a number that is not there and I knew it all began. He sent me messages that he can change my MJ that sees everything, who I call when I call, I talk, when you open or close MJ. Of course we do not have believed it. The next day I saw that I had the same number Mj and I panicked. I bought another number, I changed all the settings and passwords. I immediately got the message that he knows nothing change them all. And so it was changed my old number back. I talked to my friend and he panicked and said it could not possibly know someone all we do. Frankly I thought someone who has access to the database as to who manages these Mj. I was here in my country to a specialist and told me the same thing I suspect I, as someone who broke the mj database. Windous I reinstalled and now wait to see what he has to make good bad person. Yes and now I change the phone number means that my hunch is correct. Anyway will keep in touch with what's happening. My panic is real bad person if he sees everything I do with my MJ it can see data on the card that I paid Mj
