Last week I renewed MJ for the 3dr year and there was a 4.8 % surgarge on the bill- " regulatory taxes and fees ".
I do not overly complain, because the 6 % FL sales' tax disappeared, but I would still like to know whether this is just a junk fee ( one of Dan's jokes) because I am not aware of any telecom taxes in our area which would ad up to exactly 4.8 %. Anyone has an explanation ?
I am renewing for my fourth year, and it has been $19.95 every year.
NOW, there is a 4.8% regulatory expense, surcharge, or taxes making the total $20.91.
I know, 96 cents isn't a big deal, but advertising $19.95, then sticking on an extra charge after I have already given my credit card number, is horrible.
And calling it a "regulatory expense, surcharge or taxes" is dishonest.
I would more more accepting of a price increase than this bullshlt.

Well its our duty to pay taxes so stop whining...
we have war on going and they badly need penny to support the atrocities lol
