Puts me On Hold randomly

Twice this week, my calls "went dead" and I couldn't hear the other person nor could they hear me. I noticed that the call timer was still running, so I knew I wasn't disconnected. I just happened to notice the "resume" button on my screen and pressed it...and suddenly my call was back. Ends up my call wasn't dead, but I was unintentionally on hold.
I figured I had accidentally pressed the "hold" button. But then it happened again. No way did I accidentally hit the hold button TWICE. Today it happened a third time with my friend using the phone.
So it is very obviously that MJ is sending my calls to hold randomly. We are not pressing anything on the phone nor the keyboard/mouse. Why is MJ sending calls to hold?

I think just about the same thing happened to me last night. I didn't notice any resume button, but I didn't look for it. I did notice the timer was still running. I hung up and they called back and told me that they could hear me yammering "hello..hello" the whole time. In the past this is the kind of thing that cleared up on it's own, eventually. I usually wait a few days before I walk into the customer service black hole.

Nailgunner, for what it's worth, the "resume" button appears on the magic jack screen as a tiny little oval toward the top. You have to look and look but eventually you'll find it. I pretty much found it by accident
