not seeing my calls in gmail

I have just started noticing all my missed calls are not going to my email and need to fix this! Pease any help!

Just contact MJ online chat ( support) and have them reset your voicemail. Of course you will then need to re-do your outgoing VM message and use 1234 as the default password ( till you change it of course).
Also you may want to double check in your my.magicjack.com page you do indeed have the correct email address listed.

Does MJ sends an email for every missed call? So if my PC is off and if somebody calls me, do I get an email?

I never get missed call email, just VM msg in email.

IF someone leaves you a message, then yes you will get an email stating so with a .wav attachment for you to play of the message.
If someone hangs up and does not leave a message, then no you will not get any emails stating such.

I'm sure he doesn't use MagicFeatures, but with my setup of using it and having ringing throughout the house, my kitchen phone answering machine picks up my missed/ignored calls, so I never get emails unless Features isn't running, which rarely happens.

Did you get your messages arriving in Gmail? I tried to set this up in January and gave up and tried again yesterday. I spent over 2 hours on line with their support line (they gave me one of their 10% best crew) and still it doesn't work - although it works like a charm when sent to my cogeco account. Also, Gmail can "retrieve" it from cogeco without any problem. I'm trying to switch it as Gmail is what we use when we travel. If you got it working advice would be appreciated.
