Error 135!!

Hi there,

I installed before this software and works great, but now I was trying to install in Other PC with windows XP SP3, but when run the executable MSC17.exe I receive the error (0x0000135) The application can't start correctly. Click OK to finish.

Anybody has any idea how can fix this problem??
