If your car is repossessed can you use it? If the phone company cuts off your landline, can you still use it? Or do you have to pay to get it back? get my point?

You could reflash it with a new SN and reregister it but you will lose your current number...but you could just point the old account to the new one.

Mine provides great utility as a paperweight. No driver issues and works even when my PC is turned off. .
Take some of the savings on your electric bill and invest in a spelling/logic/syntax checker

Actually mine doesn't even make a good paper weight. The cheap plastic dongle is not heavy enough to hold down papers even in a light breeze
