Voice Messaging Malfunctioning... doesn't give a message so can't use * star key to access account to listen to messages or reset.. any suggestions ??????

You cannot access your voicemail at all? Have you tried the voicemail section on the softphone? If you are locked out of voicemail I am fairly sure MagicJack does all of that on their end. You would have to call them, unless I am mistaken.

I have never had issues with my voicemail through MagicJack.

I would contact MJ online support chat and ask them to reset your VM. Dont allow them to make any changes on your PC as it will not matter. After they reset your account your password will go back to 1 2 3 4 and your personal outgoing message will have to be re-done.
I have had my VM reset about 3 times in the last 3 years, it does get messed up from time to time. BUT just remember if they tell you to do things on your PC, don't. Just insist they reset your VM..

Go to magicjack.com, click on the "customer care/live agent" tab on the bottom left. Click on "live chat" a few times. You eventually need to type in a question in a search line, and then hit the search button and a live chat box will open.

I've had MJ only a couple of weeks, and yesterday my VM stopped responding with anything but a *beep*, then hung up after twenty to thirty seconds. "Live Agent" (as opposed to what, a zombie??) very quickly walked me through a reset on my machine while she reset the VM, and the problem was solved in about two minutes.
