why it always cut off in 2 minutes?

guys pls help me bout my problem on my magic jack.. everytime i make a call it always cut off after 2 minutes... wat im gona do? pls help.. thanx :(

Check to see if your router has new firmware available at the mfg webpage , especially if it is a Linksys.
There are other basic things you can try so you may want to do a search on this site..

hi bitstopjoe, thanx 4 the reply.. but i dont have any router coz im using a wireless broadband.. wat else can u suggest me?? pls help.. thanx a lot in advance..

Where are you getting your wireless signal from if not a Router???

im using a globe wireless broadband.. im here at the philippines ryt now.. i bought the magic jack at USA..

Since you have no control of the wireless signal nor how many are using it at one time it is possible your bandwidth is suffering or God know what else. All I can suggest is you try your MJ on another computer using the same wireless signal and see what happens. If all is ok, then there is something on your PC ( your air card, or something else) which is causing you problems. If it fails the same way on another PC, then it can only be 2 things, a defective MJ ( unlikely) OR wherever you are getting your wireless signal from is the problem.
