can't dial out

Ok ever since sometime at the begining June I haven't been able to dial out with the telephone. the computer dial pad works fine but you can't hear anything on the phone. So far magicjack tech support has unloaded and loaded the program about 25 times and still nothing they have changed a bunch of settings and still nothing they told me to try a different phone and different computer. so now i have tryed to different phones and another computer and still nothing. is there anything else I can try???? the magicjack seems to work fine as long as your not using the telephone. please help

Was the different computer a friend or relative? That would rule out something in your set-up being the cause. If you have the same exact issue on a totally different set-up, it could be the MJ device itself acting up.
