Wondering if you guys could help me out with this. No problems when I receive calls (I can hear the person calling and they can hear me), but when I call someone, I can't hear the ring tone (you know, when their line is ringing) and when they pick up, they can't hear me and I can't hear them. Not sure how this happened, but I didn't mess with any of the MJ settings. Perhaps a change on my PC caused it? I don't know.
Anyway, I'm running on Windows 7. I restarted the Magicjack using the "X" button, tried the "Restart" option under "Advanced user", unplugged the thing and plugged it back in, and I even restarted my computer. Still nothing. Any ideas?
