Hello, Noob question here... default out going mesaage?

Hello all,
new here, not new to forums and have what are likely some obvious to many noob questions but after a quick search, can't locate answers... Any and all help appreciated.

I set up my MJ voice mail but when I unplug the dongle or turn the software off, the out going message is the MJ default message? Is there a way to keep my personal OGM played to callers w/o having the dongle plugged in and software turned on?

Also, couldn't find anywhere in "my account" to see when my renewal is? Anyone know where I can find that, thanks.

And lastly, is there any way to set up more than 1 email address to be notified of incoming messages (other than email forwarding). Or anyway to have a text sent to let me know a message was left?

Oh, one last thing too, anyway to record calls to the hard drive? I.E. if I place an outbound call or receive incoming, is there a record call feature?

Ok, I answered one of my own "Noob" questions... I figured out the outgoing voice message deal. For some reason when I set up my message, it didn't save or I didn't save it? So it defaulted to the std. MJ OGM. I re-did it and now it will play my OGM regarless of if the dongle is plugged in or the software is turned on, Cool!

I would however still like to know if anyone can share with me, how to a find out when my renewl date is?

And, is there anyway to have voicemails emailed to 2 diff. email addy's through their software. (I know can set up a Gmail to have it forward to and then forward that Gmail to multiple emails) but would be nice to do it through MJ software if possible?

There is a package of utilities called MagicFeatures, developed by one of our esteemed members that will handle your other concerns like call recording and other goodies.

On your soft-phone click on "menu", then "advanced users", then "my magicjack". It will either automatically take you into your account details or you will have to log-in with your email and password.

Once into "my magicjack", click on the "my subscriptions" tab. In there near the bottom is a renewal section with a "details" tab, click on in and inside it will have your expiration date.

NOW MY DANG OGM HAS DISAPEARED AGAIN! Maybe I didn't screw it up the first time afterall? Can anyone please help me as to why my out going message that I record keeps going away? I set it up yesterday and checked it, multiple times and it worked fine. Now it's gone again? I did go into "My Account" and change some email address etc. Would that wipe it clean and make me have to start over again? FRUSTRATED! I had FINALLY recorded the perfect OGM! DAMN!
