Now on magicJack.com
Looks like it's on magicJack.com now. The site is a little confusing. They just plopped pictures of the Plus in the middle. Looks like the same page otherwise, but I'm guessing the "Free Trial" link gets you a Plus and not a regular MJ, it's not real clear.
Not on my.magicjack.com as yet
I'm going to wait a bit more. I'm hoping the half price deal for current users pans out
Update: Perhaps its true, no 50% off.
I was able to order the MJ+ by logging in and it showed full price.

If you don't get the Plus version of the magicJack home page, try clearing your cache and try again.
I just ordered it and the US total is $81.64 for one year. The website makes no provision for buying it outright- the one month free trial means they'll charge my credit card on October 17.
As an aside, my justification for buying the new version is it will pay for itself with the electricity savings by allowing my computer to go to sleep.

On my machine I had to delete and renew the bookmark for magicjack.com to see the new MJ+ offer. They changed the URL to their home page.
Just ordered another for a family member who has been $ suffering with a land line.

hi komodo25
Your router should have a page that shows the DHCP leases that are currently being used, one of those will be your mJ+.
Another option is to use something like Angry IP Scanner to scan your whole network for all devices with an IP address.
http://www.angryip.org/w/Home
that info is thanks to Dave AKA Kif Kroker
hope that helps

This one was supposed to run with a ported land line number, but after reading about the fees and problems to port a number I may change my mind.
EDIT: $9.95 fee starts in the second year, Not so bad.
Please keep us informed about your number port, hope all goes well.

Fast Shipping
I ordered a MJ+ from the MJ Website Sunday night, it arrived today (Wednesday). I didn't pay for the expedited shipping either. If you are going to order one, don't waste money on the fast shipping option, it comes fast enough.
I will have time to hook it up Thursday, and will post more then.
Thursday update: MJ+ setup, is now working through router. Had a problem getting my account to accept the 5 year plan code. After talking to two different MJ tech support operators, the problem was in using Firefox. He asked me to try the code using Internet Explorer and it was accepted. Problem solved.
Also, if you have an old MJ and new MJ+, your account will see it as two different devices with two different expiration dates, even though both use the same number.
