QOS and Fios

I am a long time user of Magic Jack but receintly switched from Comcast to FIOS. I know when I was with Comcast I had to turn on QOS for the MJ to work correctly. Can someone point in the correct direction on how to set up QOS on the new FIOS Router. The router is an Actiontec MI424WR. MJ is working but Iwhen I dial out people tell me there is intermittent garbage on the line which is why I turned on QOS when I had comcast and it seemed to fix thie issue. I have read a few threads but never really answers all the questions. Thanks in advance.
