Got my MagicJack Plus and very happy - just one small issue.
When i log in to my.magicjack.com, the call log is always blank. My international credit goes down as i use it, but I cant see who ive called.
Any ideas on how I can get the call logs to work?

I wish I could give you a better answer but going to MJ customer chat is the only thing I can think of to fix the problem. One thing to try is make some calls with your MJ+ connected to your computer and see if the call log updates in your MJ portal. MJ+ is new and the bugs are only starting to show up.
My MJ+ is connected to a Dish Network reciever for the caller ID display that appers to work fine, When called my TV displayes the Phone number twice XXX-XXX-XXXX, cool I thought till I pulled up the caller ID history and found it to be blank, has something to do with the date being set to 01/01/01 all the time. 
Reported to fix any "Beep" issues.
According to tech support, connect your MJ+ to a USB port on your computer and download the upgrade and run it.
