I purchased the MJ in May 2011 and just really have not used it. So last week when I got my regular home bill it had went up yet again. So I took my home phone modem down to the cable company and turned it in.
I sent the Mj phone numbers to all the friends and family, and was surprised it preformed fairly well for the price.
But the problem I am running into now if I get about three voice mails then it seems that the voice mail box is full and I have to call the MJ number and I can delete those three voice mails and it work again until I get three messages. Looking thru the help for voice mail it says that you can have 100 messages. When someone calls the MJ after those three messages I know longer get and E-mail sent, but if I call the MJ number and delete the three messages once again it will work for three more times. Also the caller hear the mail box is full.
I am kind of lost, I don't find any setting or anything for voice mail.
In advance thanks for any help given.

If it were me I would contact MJ online chat support and ask them to reset my VM. DO NOT do anything else they ask you to do, just ask them to reset it. After they reset it, any messages you had there will be gone, of course. Plus your PW will be reset to 1 2 3 4 and you will need to make a new outgoing message.jakethepup1 wrote:I purchased the MJ in May 2011 and just really have not used it. Re: Voice mail limited to a few messages
My VM has been acting up a little lately. Nothing major, so I wasn't concerned. But now this morning when I called in, I wasn't prompted for my password, it went straight into the voicemail system.bitstopjoe wrote: ask them to reset my VM.
It's not a bad thing if MJ now recognizes that you are calling from your phone and makes it easy to listen to your messages. It is a bad thing if anyone calling in when the line is busy now gets to listen to my messages.
So I'm curious if anyone else is having this happen, if not I may need a reset too.
Actually, MJ handles s it for a while like that . if you call from a different phone you have to put in your password. I would prefer to have password input even calling from my own phone, but it is what it is.My VM has been acting up a little lately. Nothing major, so I wasn't concerned. No kidding. I swear I had to input my password just a week or so ago from the home phone. But then again, I would swear I was in my 20's just a short time ago too. I'll try to delete my other post.cell14 wrote:Actually, MJ handles s it for a while like that . if you call from a different phone you have to put in your password. Not that it's a big deal, but I thought this was something new. Sort of confirmed here:cell14 wrote:Actually, MJ handles s it for a while like that . if you call from a different phone you have to put in your password. I don't use it much, but I am curious if MJ changed anything else with the voicemail system.
