I mean the new MJ plus adapter
I mean the new MJ plus adapter that plugs into the router so you do not need a computer to use the MJ. Is it available separately.
Thanks for the quick comeback.

Re: Purchase Internet adapter without Magicjack
If you want to move your current mJ subscription to a mJ+ then that is not possible, since mJ doesn't allow that. You can purchase a mJ+ and ADD it to your existing mJ account and have the same phone number as your original mJ. Your old mJ and new mJ will be able to make and answer calls to your phone number. mJ will not move any time you have left on your old mJ to the new mJ+, that is their policy.graham0445 wrote:Can purchase the Internet adapter without Magicjack . This is just one of the reasons I don't think it is wise for most people to purchase more than 1 year of service at a time with their mJ devices.

They need to contact MJ chat support (www.magicJack.com/techchat) and provide their router's brands and model numbers. MJ reps will forward these info to their engineers and they'll surely check on it.
