Purchase Internet adapter without Magicjack

Can purchase the Internet adapter without Magicjack . I do not need two magicjacks. If so where and how much.

If you mean the MJ dongle, uh no.. Kinda like buying a car and saying, nah I dont need the gas tank or steering wheel, kinda go togther...

If you mean something else you need to be more specific...

I mean the new MJ plus adapter that plugs into the router so you do not need a computer to use the MJ. Is it available separately.

If you want to move your current mJ subscription to a mJ+ then that is not possible, since mJ doesn't allow that. You can purchase a mJ+ and ADD it to your existing mJ account and have the same phone number as your original mJ. Your old mJ and new mJ will be able to make and answer calls to your phone number. mJ will not move any time you have left on your old mJ to the new mJ+, that is their policy.

This is just one of the reasons I don't think it is wise for most people to purchase more than 1 year of service at a time with their mJ devices.

a few mJ plus customer have been complaining about choppy audio calls when plugged into the router.

They need to contact MJ chat support (www.magicJack.com/techchat) and provide their router's brands and model numbers. MJ reps will forward these info to their engineers and they'll surely check on it.
