Yes you can. I'm using mine in New Zealand - were 240v also. The call quality is superb!

So, the AC adapter is for universal voltage?

Will run on 100vAC-~240VAC at 50 or 60 htz?
What is written or stamped on the AC adapter itself
Please confirm?

I have been traveling in the northern USA with the MJ+ and apple Iphone MagicJack app using Wi-Fi.

I've been impressed with the operation of both, but finding a Ethernet connection for the MJ+ hasn't happened yet.

I've been using the plus device connected to my laptop in the hotel room via USB and connected with ethostream wi-fi.

All calls have been crystal clear. :)
