Call waiting doesnt work, goes straight to VM MJ+

I searched and didn't find any reports of this issue. I actually wish there were.

I have both MJ and MJ+. The original MJ is fine with no issues. I have tried 2 different routers and both ways using a PC and plugged into the wall. I looked at any settings I could find and tried MJ support with no help. They rebooted the phone, I downloaded an update still nothing. Left the MJ unplugged for hours for some update still goes straight to VM.

What happens is... If I am on a call on the MJ+ and call my MJ# with my cell it goes straight to VM. I do get a half beep in the MJ handset but nothing shows up on the online phone interface. The part that displays the number you have dialed does go blank.

I did verify that it does go to the MJ VM. I have never dialed *70 but either way that is supposed to reset on the next phone use. I couldnt find any settings online.

Any thoughts? Does anyone know for sure their call waiting works on their MJ+ (works find on my original MJ).

I have the mj+ and call waiting works fine for me. The tone takes a little getting used to though. One issue I have is that the name and number does not come through for the second call. I'm not sure if this is an issue with mj+ or with the fact that I am forwarding all calls from my home phone to mj.
