Magic Jack Blocking Incoming Calls
About 3 - 4 weeks ago, Magic Jack began blocking incoming calls from area codes 404 and 704. The numbers were coming in as unlisted, and people calling me would get a recording that said the numbers were unlisted and they were being blocked by Magic Jack. I chatted with their "wonderful" service reps and got the same thing over and over again. Their engineers are looking at this and I will be notified by email when it gets resolved. Not to forget that this is marked a priority, according to them! Has anyone experienced this or gotten any resolution to this problem? I've reported them to the FCC because by law, you cannot block someone's calls if they have not agreed to this.
