MJ Plus yes to air card ( plug the plus into your PC and choose Air Card setting on the softphone) then plug it into your router and you can turn the PC off.
HOWEVER your quality will depend on bandwith while wireless. More people using it will be less bandwith and will most likely result in choppy sound ( on either or both ends) and maybe even dropped calls. If you are the only one using the wireless then you "SHOULD" be fine...
