My parents cannot get thru to me anymore

My parents are not able to get thru to my magicjack anymore. They were able to do so up until last month for some reason. They are getting the error msg: "your call cannot be completed as dialed. Call ID is either blocked or being delivered incorrectly by your carrier. Please arrange to have your number unrestricted and call again."

They called their carrier and was told to try *69 to unblock callerID, and they still rec'd same error.

Your problem is related to the new NEW MagicJack rule, if the caller ID is restricted the call won't be processed.

You or your parents may have to talk with the phone co. main office to fix the issue with your parents phone caller ID.

I thought it was *68 to unblock caller id? *69 is call return.
