Anyone ported their Vonage VOIP number to MJ Plus?
If so, how long does it take? and are their any problems involved?

I understand you would like to know the taxes and fees involved in porting the number.
You will not be charged by Vonage for transferring/porting your number to another carrier. Also, you will not be charged for terminating your service with Vonage.
If you wish to port your number, you can very well port your Vonage number to another carrier at any time. As Vonage is not directly involved in the transferring of your number to another carrier, you need to contact the other carrier whether your number can be transferred to another carrier to initiate the port out. You can be assured that we will release your number as soon as we receive a request from them. Once we receive a confirmation from your local exchange carrier that the number is successfully ported out, your account with Vonage will be disconnected automatically.

I just upgraded to MJ+ and now that I no longer have to leave my computer on 24/7 I'm thinking about porting my home phone number from Vonage to MJ. I have read that MJ charges $20 to port a number but I just read the following in an MJ+ description on Amazon.com:
Can anyone confirm the annual charge of $9.95 once a number has been ported to MJ?Please note that there is a $19.95 charge to transfer/port a phone number and it’s $9.95 per year thereafter.
