How do I get rid of the white screen stating that MJ was the 2009 product of the year? Whenever I click on the icon to bring the MJ menu screen up the screen appears and then the white screen overlays the MJ menu/dialer screen making it so that I cannot use it. If I click to shut the white screen it also closes the MJ + menu/dialer screen. I have plugged the MJ + into the router because that is the manner in which it was advertised to work. When I plug the MJ+ directly into the computer and reinstall MJ+ the same thing happens. How do I remedy this problem so that I can access and use the MJ+ menu/dialer screen?

User: I thought that MJ was supposed to work with the computer and/or the router. Isn't that what is advertised?
Tammy: Mj works both with computer and without computer, but you can only see the mj dial pad if it is connected directly to computer, dial pad is will not appear you will use the device without computer
User: Do you know if there are any plans on the part of MJ to solve this dilemna?
