obi110 Arrived then crapped ... Obi support great!!!!

My obi110 arrived today ... ten minutes after setting it up it crapped ... lol

Bad power supply as I found out by using one I had here at the house ...

Submitted a ticket ... 10 minuets later was told a new power supply would be sent out tomorrow!!!

OK to use the one I found here until the new one arrives ...

Now this is customer support!!!

Yes from what I have read on the OBi forum they are great when it comes to support. I havent had to use them yet, but nice to know they are there if I do...

Wow, my Nettalk power supply broke and they told me I could go buy another at Radio Shack or pound sand. I must get me an Obi.

So for one year I get not 1 but 2 phone numbers to my house for less than those other guys ...

You can actually program several trunks for making outgoing calls in addition to the two fully functional lines.

There are lots of creative things you can accomplish with the OBi's also if your into making configuration changes. The OBi forum is full of them :)
