Unable to make a call after deleting a voicemail

I have set up my email to send notifications to my cell phone if ever any new email is sent, and every time I got an email notification from magicjack after I delte the voicemail through my magicjack it will not let me make a call and I get a busy signal until I delete the voicemail notification in my cell.
Note: call forwarding is not enabled.
