Magic jack iphone app not receiving calls

Hi,
i have trid to talk to the magic jack support so many times but no help
i just recently got hte iphone aap on my iphone 3GS, i got my account my number set up on it but it just wont accept any calls, all the notifications are on even when the app is runing no incoming calls are received

i really need to fix this prb any help wud be greatly appreciated
