I think you need .NET 3.5 installed to install MSC_18

Old hard drive crapped out, had to replace and reinstall everything.

tried to decipher all the threads. Am not a PC jockey so I bruteforced my way through this. Was getting error on running MSC_18 and saw early thread about having .NET installed.

Installed like a charm, running great
