Activating MagicJack Plus

Hi, I followed thought the registration program, chose to keep old number and pay the $19.99. Continued and finally it gave me 2 smiley faces and for me to choose my password, then 2 options to keep Magicjack on PC or to use on outlet, chose outlet. Program closed, I unplugged from USB into power outlet. Called my cell, it showed other number instead of my old number. Plugged it back into USB and still has the "Click here to register" and "free calls" on tab. Checked debit card and it has been charged 4 times $19.99 plus tax. My question is should I wait a few days then for my old number to change into MagicJack? Chatted with support they say I don't have an account and that I still have not registered? How is that possible if I can log into my.magicjack.com with the email(activation code arrived only after I chose lost password) and the password I choose in registration process where the smiley faces were? Please help.
