how to contact MJ

I received a notice to renew my Magic Jack contract and sent payment for two years renewal. Since then I keep getting these notices to renew my contract. I can't figure out how to get in touch with someone from MJ to see why my renewal didn't go through. Does anyone know a link to e mail them or a phone number? Thanks Joe

I found this number for contacting the billing department only 561-594-9925 Good Luck!! I'm not happy that I can't renew mine either.

I renewed and I still got the spam asking me to renew. I don't think they really care how much time is left or how long you are renewed for. Everybody got the spam.
