Hi. My MJ stopped working and I had to reinstall and got an update from a MJ help tech. Now my mobile cannot call my MJ - I get an error about it being a carrier issue but the only thing that has changed is my MJ getting reinstalled and updates.
I also cannot receive calls from Skype accounts, calls from DC (my MJ number is a DC number), and I cannot make calls to a wide variety of services, mainly calls to meetings groups like GoToMeeting and things like that.
Are these all new changes that came with a recent update? I've reinstalled again and still am having the same issues. Is there any way to fix this?
These issues make me pretty frustrated that I just renewed and this started.
