What happens when you try to call international? Did you check you mj account online to make sure you have minutes available for international calling?

Hmm. That's very possible. I don't use international calling so I wouldn't know. Of course that's good to know if anyone else is having the same trouble. Glad all is working ok for you now.

International calling

Post by SailorDave »

I successfully make MJ+ international calls while connected to my router. You probably have some blocked settings in the router. Sorry, don't know what they might be but I have had to place my MJ+ in the DMZ, do port forwarding and other setting changes to make MJ+ work without constant error 23 messages, and that may have affected the international calling as well.

If your MJ+ works connected to the USB port of your computer and not the Ethernet connection 99.9% of the time it is blocked settings in the router, the other .1% of the time it's due to equipment problems like cables, connectors or a bad MJ+ device.
