What Billing Name Shows Up On Credit Card Statement?

I've gone above and beyond to try and use Magic Jack Plus. Long story/short... I bougt device and finally got registered after having to use my wife's name and email. Tried to get number ported and keep getting cancelled. Tried "customer support" daily for 3 weeks and all they will tell me is that account is under review and they will notify me. I give up. Meanwhile, they have credit card information for 2 of my cards. Nothing has shown up yet, but I want to notify credit card company(s) not to accept any charges from Magic Jack - but is that the name they bill under? Or do they use another name?

I believe mine showed up as Ymax or VolcalTec.

Thank you. That's what I thought. Just trying to be pre emptive as I've seen some comments where people have been in similar situations and then have gotten 3 or 4 charges on their card after a period of no response, etc.

Yeah. be careful. They've been known to charge multiple times for the same service. Of course, They'll tell you they didn't actually charge your card yet even though you can see the charges.
