Already two threads on the same thing, the problem is not on your end. it is likely a bad call connecting server causing the no ring, somebody erased a .wav file or it became corrupted.

Since it's on a YMAX / MagicJack server reporting it in the type chat help support is the best bet to get the trouble report to the correct tech and him/her fixing the no ring issue.Melaniep04 wrote:I understand they have but it did not give a resulotion to my question if it was corrupted or a wav deleted how do I fix it..thanks

I hope they get it fixed soon but my gut reaction to this is it could go on for quite some time till they get the correct tech on the problem/issue.
If this same server stopped connecting calls they would be on it in a hot minute, but a missing .wav file or badly set volume control is going to be hard to find.

If you are using mj+, how do you find out what IP Address mj is using?DebtFreeMe wrote:I'm one of the folks that posted one of the other posts.
Is it possible to force the MagicJack to connect to a different server? If I block the IP address will it use a different one and therefor redirect to another server?
