Multiple MJ+ on One Router?

Post by jharadie »

I know MJ says it can be done, but I'd like to hear from anybody who's done it. :?:

I have a WRT54G router, firmware replaced with dd-wrt, 1 MJ+ plugged in, static ip, DMZ. Been working wonderfully for voice & occasional fax. Live in an apartment building, a couple of my neighbors would like to try MJ+, hanging off my router (wiring to their phones not an issue). My biggest concern: will quality degrade if additional MJ+'s are put on same router?

Considering another situation, too: hanging a switch off my router & putting additional MJ+'s there.

Another possibility: MJ+'s using wireless adapter.

If anybody's done any of these, I'd really like to hear about your experiences.

Thanks.

I'm running two MJ+ on one router and one laptop running wirelessly. So far no issues. The odd time I need to power cycle modem and router as wireless aspect seems to not work. But that is very minor,
